Roasted Red Bell Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb dried chickpeas

  • 1 red bell pepper, roasted

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 1/3 cup tahini, stirred well

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  2. Place chickpeas in food processor with garlic, salt, cumin. Process 30 seconds. Add tahini and lemon juice, process more
  3. Add olive oil, process
