Green Goddess Tuna Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup parsley leaves

  • 1/4 cup tarragon leaves

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp lemon zest, finely grated

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 5 oz can tuna in water, drained

  • 1 celery stalk, chopped

  • 1 small shallot, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1/2 cup mixed herbs, coarsely chopped

Make

  1. Puree basil, parsley, tarragon, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil in a blender
  2. Mix in tuna, celery, shallot, and garlic
  3. Season with salt and lots of pepper
  4. Toss mixed herbs with a little lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper
  5. Build sandwich
