Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 312g whole-wheat flour

  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 2.5 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter, melted but cooled

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Make

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt in large bowl
  2. Whisk milk, oil/butter, lemon juice, and vanilla in small bowl
  3. Whisk wet into dry until smooth
  4. Cook over medium heat
