Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Make

  1. Whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla on medium-high speed until medium peaks form (~3-4 min)
  2. Use immediately or cover tightly and chill in refrigerator for up to 1 day
