Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup tahini paste

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeeed lime juice

  • 1/4 cold water

  • 1 cup fresh chopped parsley

Make

  1. Crush garlic cloves and salt with mortar and pestle
  2. Blend garlic paste, tahini, and lime juice in processor until emulsified
  3. Add water and blend again to reach desired consistency
  4. Stir in fresh parsley
