Sushi Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice (sushi rice)

  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  1. Rinse rice until water runs clear. Cook via package instructions
  2. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, heat for sugar to dissolve
  3. Stir into cooked rice once cooled slightly
