Sushi ( Spicy Tuna Roll )

Ingredients

  • sushi rice

  • 5 oz can tuna in water

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp chili oil

  • 1/2 tsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tbsp scallions, finely chopped

  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise

  • cucumber

  • shredded carrot

  • sesame seeds

Make

  1. Combine tuna, sriracha, chili oil, rice vinegar, scallions, and mayonnaise
  2. Roll it up!
