Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • pie crust

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1/4 tsp cloves

  • 2 eggs

  • 15 oz can pumpkin

  • 12 oz can evaporated milk

Make

  1. Combine all filling ingredients
  2. Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes, then at 375F for 45-55 minutes
  3. Chill in refrigerator
