Bbq Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups barbecue sauce

  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast

Make

  1. In slow cooker combine all ingredients except chicken and mix. Add chicken and coat well
  2. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours
  3. Remove chicken and transfer BBQ sauce to a sauce pan. Bring sauce to a boil over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes to reduce to desired consistency
  4. Shred the chicken, pour sauce over top and toss to coat
