Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 cans white corn, drained

  • 1 cup green pepper

  • 1 cup red pepper

  • 1 cup red onion

  • 1 cup celery

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper
