Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup asiago cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 16 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed

  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained, cut

Make

  1. Cook garlic in oil
  2. Cook until thickened, adding more flour if needed
  3. Mix in spinach and artichoke
  4. Top with mozzarella
  5. Bake 375 F for 20-30 min
