Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs small red potatoes

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

Make

  1. Preheat to 400F
  2. Toss potatoes with stuff
  3. Roast 45 min to 1 hour, flip twice
