Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts

  • olive oil

  • salt

  • pepper

  • red pepper flakes (optional)

  • balsamic vinegar

  • honey

Make

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Slice sprouts in half and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
  3. Roast 20-30 minutes or until tender
  4. Toss in mixture of balsamic vinegar and honey to taste
