Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp allspice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 egg

  • 3 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 Tbsp vinegar

  • 1 cup pumpkin

  • 1.5 cups milk

Make

  1. Combine dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls
  2. Mix wet into dry
  3. Griddle in desired sizes
