Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 5/3 cup sugar

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 16 oz can pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • cream cheese frosting

Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin puree until fluffy
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda
  4. Add dry to wet mixture and mix until well incorporated
  5. Bake in greased 15x10x1 inch baking sheet at 350F for 25-30 minutes
  6. Cool, then top with cream cheese frosting
