Overnight Rolled Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled (old-fashioned) oats

  • 1/2 milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp sweetener

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • salt

  • pb + jelly + fruit

  • apples + pecans + cinnamon

  • banana + nutella

  • coconut + almonds + chocolate

  • blueberries + lemon zest + honey

  • brown sugar + maple syrup + cinnamon

  • protein powder

Make

  1. Place oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, extact, and some salt in a jar and mix until combined
  2. Refrigerator overnight
  3. Top with desired extras, can thin with a little more milk or water as desired
