Omelete With Bacon And Spinach

Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 8 slices bacon, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 4 cups baby spinach

Make

  1. Cook bacon
  2. Beat eggs, salt, and pepper
  3. Leave 1 tbsp fat left, add onion and cook 5 min
  4. Stir in 1 cup spinach at a time and cook until wilted. (~ 1 min)
  5. Add egg mixture and bacon
