Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 11 oz butterscotch chips

Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Mix and beat wet ingredients
  3. Mix flour, cinnamon, and baking soda and add to wet ingredients
  4. Mix in oats, then butterscotch chips
  5. Drop rounded teaspoons onto greased baking sheet and bake 10-11 minutes
