Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or any nut)

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit

  • 1/4 cup seeds (or something else like coconut)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1.25 cups milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Make

  1. Mix all dry, mix all wet, combine
  2. Bake 350 deg in coated 9x9 baking dish for 40 minutes
