Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • iceberg lettuce

  • spinach

  • cherry tomatoes, halved

  • red onion, thinly sliced

  • seasoned croutons

  • black olives

  • pepperoncini peppers

  • parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp dijon mustard

  • 3/4 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1.5 tsp sugar

  • salt

  • pepper

Make

  1. Wash and dry vegetables
  2. Combine vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, Italian seasonings, sugar, and some salt and pepper in a jar with lid. Shake well to combine. Refrigerate for an hour before serving
  3. Mix salad ingredients in desired quantities and serve with dressing
