Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp dried basil

  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • salt

  • pepper

  • romaine lettuce

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Make

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients (vinegar - pepper)
  2. Toss remaining ingredients, then toss with desired amount of dressing
