French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/8 cup milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 slices bread

  • ground cinnamon

  • ground nutmeg

  • maple syrup

Make

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla in a shallow dish
  2. Heat a skillet and spray with oil or melt some butter to prevent sticking
  3. Dip bread slices in egg mixture to coat both sides. Move to pan, sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg, and fry until golden brown on both sides
  4. Serve with syrup
