Elisabeth's Harissa Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh salmon fillet

  • kosher salt

  • 1/4 cup harissa

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • lemon, thinly sliced

Make

  1. Preheat oven to 275F
  2. Season both sides of salmon with salt
  3. Whisk together harissa, olive oil, and garlic. Adjust quantities to taste
  4. Pour half of mixture into baking dish and add salmon skin side down. Pour remaining mixture over salmon and top with lemon slices
  5. Bake until salmon is done (~30-45 min), serve with rice
