Chicken Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 8 oz penne pasta

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained

  • 1/2 cup basil pesto

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • salt

  • pepper

Make

  1. Cook pasta in salted water, cook until al dente. Reserve 1 cup cooking water
  2. Combine cooked pasta with other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Add enough reserved pasta cooking water to make the sauce have the right consistency
