Buffalo Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked chicken, shredded

  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

  • tortilla chips

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced

  • blue cheese, crumbled

  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

  • scallions

  • sour cream

Make

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Toss chicken in mixture of melted butter and Frank's
  3. Stack ingredients in two layers in cast iron skillet
  4. Bake for 15 min, top with scallions and serve with sour cream
