Buffalo Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1/3 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast

  • 1 large yellow onion, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • flour tortillas

  • monterey jack cheese, shredded

  • sour cream

  • fresh cilantro

Make

  1. Melt butter, stir in hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce
  2. Heat a large cast iron skillet over med-high heat. Add oil and saute onions and bell peppers for a couple minutes
  3. Add in mushrooms and continue to saute until tender
  4. Add chicken and stir in buffalo sauce until heated through
  5. Serve with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro
