Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts

  • 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves (2 large bunches)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt

  • 1/2 cup EVOO

Make

  1. Combine pine nuts, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and salt in foot processor. Slowly add olive oil and blend until a good texture
  2. Adjust seasonings as needed
